Shichimi is a nice salty, savoury, and a bit spicy blend of spices that is used on a lot of dishes here… And apparently in ice cream too! It was surprisingly pleasant – almost dissapointingly so – because it was more of a nice milk soft…

    Okonomiyaki is a famous dish from Osaka made of a batter mixed with cabbage, mountain yam, and deep fried batter bits. Lastly, it is topped with a tangy sauce and plenty of mayo and tuna flakes.
